In my opinion, that is not the case. On the one hand we see that digital trade is very broad-based, but in the end cannot deliver the depth that in-store trade offers. We still need local people to display our jewellery. We want this haptic effect, to inspire people. And this is, I believe, the added value of this service that local trade can offer. You can also directly approach your customers digitally; there are many methodologies for this. Email is "old fashioned", but you can communicate directly with your customers via Messaging in the Webshop. As host, INHORGENTA offers the opportunity to promote total digitization, to show people the ins and outs. On the Web Campus behind us we have the opportunity to show how a more modern retail is possible, so that in the end we can also show these customers that they needn’t be afraid of it.
